| Amenity Limitations | Due to the ever-changing and uncertain nature of the global pandemic, access to building amenities, such as the rooftop communal lounge spaces are closed or not allowed for guests

| Visitor and Gathering Restrictions | In an effort to maintain COVID-19 compliance with local and state laws, we are restricting visitors and gatherings at this time. No visitors are permitted to visit the property and only registered as overnight guests are permitted on the property at this time.

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 4-hour processing time from the point that your Reservation Request form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.
