All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement, and digitally provide ID prior to receiving access details. This information may be used for a basic public records search. 

| Amenity Limitations | Due to the ever-changing and uncertain nature of the global pandemic, access to building amenities, such as the rooftop communal lounge spaces are closed or not allowed for guests

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same-day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 4-hour processing time from the point that your Reservation Request form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking the same day refrain from arriving before confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.
